 The Shimano Deore XT RD-M8100-SGS rear derailleur provides fast and accurate shifting operations over a wide range of shifts. 13-toothed idler and idler pulleys and a rubber bumper reduce noise and increase driving comfort. They also improve chain grip under all conditions. 

 The RD-M8100 Deore XT 1x12 rear derailleur is suitable for use with 10-51 tooth and 10-45 tooth cassettes.
